Miller Homes is offering house hunters some great deals on the remaining properties at its popular Urban Space development in Warrington. The last few available homes are all offered with MiWay, MiSwap or Deposit Match.

The MiWay scheme enables purchasers who qualify to buy a new home without having to pay the full purchase price up front. The scheme allows buyers to pay 80% now and 20% later, yet still own 100% of their home. The 20% equity loan provided by Miller Homes is repayable over ten years or when the property is sold or transferred. Further bonuses of the scheme are that the equity loan is interest free for the first five years and because the homebuyer may need a smaller mortgage the monthly repayments could be less. With MiWay people can find it easier to get the home they want, as they don’t need to save for such a large deposit, and could find themselves in a much stronger position when applying for a mortgage.

Other incentives available to Urban Space buyers include MiSwap, a unique house exchange option from Miller Homes. MiSwap allows buyers to trade their old home, whether trading down, trading at the same value or trading up. In the current market, MiSwap can make it quicker and easier to move, as there’s no need to find a buyer for an existing home.

Deposit Match is also currently available. This scheme has been created by Miller Homes for people who have saved a deposit of up to 5% of the house price. Miller Homes will match the deposit, which reduces the amount of mortgage required. The offers and incentives are available on the 2 bedroom ‘Eaton’ apartment, along with the 4 bedroom ‘Collins’ and ‘Rolland’ family homes.

The ‘Eaton’ combines open-plan convenience and comfort with a wealth of premium features, including an en-suite to the master bedroom. With so many options to home ownership available, people living in older property with poor energy rating or rented property which drains the finances without building any equity, have to ask the question: How much better could life be in a new luxury apartment at Urban Space, Priced at £88,500 [or from £70,800 now on the MiWay scheme]?

The ‘Collins’ is a spacious, 3-bed, 3-storey family home. Practical features include a contemporary kitchen dining area with French doors leading out on to the rear garden. Upstairs has a glamorous feel, with the master bedroom featuring both an en-suite and separate dressing room. The ‘Collins’ is [priced at £144,950 [or from £115,960 now on the MiWay scheme].

The 4-bedroom ‘Rolland’ is beautifully proportioned having accommodation extending over three floors. All the living space can be found on the ground floor, with a large L-shaped lounge, open-plan kitchen dining area with wide French doors that make the garden the focal point of the room.
