Taylor Wimpey’s superb The Grange development of new build apartments in East Sussex is now available with the fantastic FirstBuy initiative.

Fast-moving first-time buyers can get help to step on the property ladder with the Government-backed FirstBuy scheme at The Grange, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development of properties for sale in Hailsham, Sussex.

This fantastic initiative lets qualifying purchasers choose from selected properties at The Grange development of new build homes in East Sussex with a mortgage of just 75% of the full purchase price – and a 5% deposit.

Taylor Wimpey’s selection of new apartments for sale in Hailsham which are available with the FirstBuy scheme includes the one-bedroom ‘Sunflower’ coach house, priced £142,995, and available through the scheme with a mortgage of just £107,246 and a deposit of only £7,150.

FirstBuy works through a joint loan of 20% from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Taylor Wimpey, which means that eligible purchasers only need put down a 5% deposit and obtain a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

The loan is repayable at the end of the 25-year mortgage term or when the property is sold. To be eligible, purchasers must be first-time buyers and their total household earnings should be less than £60,000.

One-bedroom ‘Sunflower’ coach house-style apartments at The Grange benefit from a spacious living/dining room with an attractive Juliet balcony, a separate contemporary fitted kitchen, a double bedroom, and a main bathroom off the private entrance hallway. Access to the ‘Sunflower’ is gained through the private front door while an allocated parking space can be found outside, with selected plots also benefiting from a garage.
