Soaring demand for quality new homes across the Home Counties and Greater London has led to Weston Homes releasing five new developments this year, as the Housebuilder of the Year continues to build on its success.

Weston Homes is now continuing to invest heavily in buying land and building new homes in areas where supply has been constrained. Weston Homes hope to continue its recent success with the launch of five new sites - King’s Island in Uxbridge, Saxton Park in Grays, Java in South Ockendon, Charter Place in St Albans and St George’s Court in Camberley.

Bob Weston, Chairman and Chief Executive of Weston Homes, comments: “There is a shortage of new homes being built in the Home Counties and Greater London, but there remains a rising demand for new homes. By identifying this, Weston Homes has continued to build in these regions.

“We have just sold five key developments and have now launched five new sites this year, as well as investing in buying land for new sites to launch later in the year. Our philosophy is to build high quality, good value homes where people want to live.”

Weston Homes has sold five of its high quality developments in the last two months. The five developments which sold out across Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent include Mayesbrook Manor, The Point, Pembrook Place, New Mercia and The Grove, appealing to a wide audience of buyers and providing value for money. The developments were also centred around excellent local amenities and commuter friendly transports links into Central London.

Within six months of build completion, Weston Homes sold all 21 homes at Pembrook Place in Essex and all 14 homes at The Grove in Hertfordshire.
