First time buyers are on the increase at Park Central, with developer Crest Nicholson reporting a surge in sales of one and two bedroom apartments at its Liberty building.

Properties have been snapped up by a range of purchasers including first time buyer, Lauren from Bedford. Currently in her third year of studying medicine at the University of Birmingham, Lauren, aged 20, purchased a two bedroom apartment in Liberty, after being attracted to the central location and green spaces on offer at the popular development.

“Park Central says it all really,” commented Lauren. “The apartment is set in a beautiful green park in the hub of a bustling city, giving me the best of both worlds. I previously lived with friends in Selly Oak so it’s great to now be in the middle of the city and enjoy the convenience of everything being on my doorstep. Being so close to Five Ways train station is ideal considering I am on placement at various hospitals across the region for five days a week. It also means the University is just a five minute journey away.”

Located in Birmingham city centre, Park Central is bordered by Bath Row and Lee Bank Middleway, just a few minutes from The Mailbox and Brindleyplace and only a short train journey from the new Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

“It’s such a great feeling to be on the property ladder, especially as I have found an apartment that offers exactly what I was looking for within the budget I had set. I’m looking forward to the independent lifestyle, a new and exciting environment and, of course, being just a ten minute walk from Bullring! Also, the second bedroom is being let to a friend of mine, which is great as it means I continue to reap the social benefits of sharing my home whilst getting a helping hand with my monthly mortgage repayments.”

The Liberty phase of Park Central offers a stunning range of one and two bedroom apartments, overlooking Sunset Park. The eight remaining apartments available in Liberty are priced from £99,950, with a one bedroom show home now available to view Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and late night opening on Thursday until 7pm. All of the apartments enjoy private balconies, perfect for entertaining and dining alfresco.

Park Central is an award winning Crest Nicholson development which features an extensive choice of stylish new apartments and townhouses, set around eight acres of landscaped public parkland.
