Apartments to be unveiled at Priory Point, Handsacre

Walton Homes has welcomed the first homeowner to its recently launched Priory Point development in Handsacre; with six more apartments now ready for occupation.
The six newly built one and two bedroom apartments will be unveiled to the public at an open weekend on 24th and 25th September where a new show home will be revealed to visitors between 10am and 5pm.
More than 50 per cent of the construction programme is now complete at the exclusive development located on the corner of Lichfield Road and Uttoxeter Road in the village of Handsacre, Staffordshire, which will boast a total of nine individually designed luxury apartments and five large three-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £103,000 for a contemporary one-bedroom apartment.
Helen Rollason, sales manager at Walton Homes says: “Priory Point is already proving popular with people in the local area and it is very exciting that our first completed property is now occupied, with the new homeowners already enjoying the close proximity to local amenities and being in the catchment area of some top schools.
“The open weekend on 24th and 25th September will give potential purchasers the chance to come and see the development, now the first apartments are ready to view. The show home has been beautifully decorated, allowing visitors to see the latest trends in interior design, get some fresh ideas and think about what they could potentially do with an apartment or house at Priory Point.”
The show home has been designed by a professional interior designer and boasts a bold colour scheme, modern furnishings and decorative artwork. The apartment building is arranged over two storeys and a number of the upper floor apartments have balconies. Each home has been fitted with a high internal specification, including contemporary and stylish kitchens and bathrooms.
As an added incentive, Walton Homes is offering its Lions Share initiative on all six of the spacious apartments now ready to view at Priory Point. Through the initiative, buyers will only need to pay 85 per cent of the value of their chosen plot through a five per cent deposit and a conventional mortgage. Walton Homes will pay the remaining 15 per cent share, with the only requirement being that when the property is eventually sold on, or after 10 years - whichever is sooner – the 15 per cent interest free loan is paid back to the developer.
Helen continues: “These newly built homes are great value for money, especially since we are offering our exclusive Lion’s Share initiative, which enables a one bedroom apartment priced at £103,000 to be purchased for just £87,550. The money saved could be put towards decorating, furniture, a new car, or even put into a savings account for a rainy day. What’s more, the Lion’s Share scheme is available to all, as there is no strict criteria to meet unlike the government backed scheme.”
Priory Point has been architecturally designed in a modern, contemporary style to appeal to a broad target market. The exterior features a striking blend of red brick and cream render. The development benefits from a secure entrance system and private parking.
