Price reductions, a re-launch and a right Royal reservation!

It's not every day one is handed one’s keys to a new home by Royalty – but in the case of first time buyer Lauren Fisher, it became a right Royal reservation in Grimsby.
Newly qualified conveyancing solicitor Lauren Fisher has snapped up a new home at the popular Freshney Green development in the town – and was handed the keys by some very special guests.
“Prince William and Kate Middleton” visited the Linden Homes site at the weekend, as part of Freshney Green’s plans to re-launch the development.
Lauren was the first customer during the weekend to reserve one of the new homes, using Linden Homes EasyStart incentive – owning 100 per cent of a new home but paying just 80 per cent of the price. The remaining 20 per cent is met by a Linden Homes repayable loan.
And with a number of price reductions and ready to move into new homes, Freshney Green now has an additional 91 homes available through an additional phase.
Building work is well under way, and the latest homes will follow the same pattern as the previous successful stages of the development to include a selection of two, three and four and five-bedroom homes.
Meanwhile, home hunters looking to move now and be in a new home before Christmas have plenty to choose from – and take advantage of some seasonal savings.
These include the large four-bedroom Glen housetype with integral garage. This home benefits from a £20,000 price reduction – with the new price of £139,950 also including fitted carpets.
Other homes currently ready for occupation start from £104,950.
