Miller Homes welcomes potential buyers to Stretton Glen

Stretton Glen, the latest Leicestershire development from award-winning housebuilder Miller Homes East Midlands, has officially opened its doors.

The development, situated in Great Glen, was launched with a rural family fun day, complete with flying displays from birds of prey and a face painter.

Visitors also got the chance to explore Stretton Glen’s two new showhomes, the four-bedroom, detached Coniston style property and the Derwent, a four-bedroom, detached family home with a feature staircase and two en-suite shower rooms.

The scheme, designed to help first time buyers into affordable home ownership, allows those qualifying to purchase 100 per cent of their home by paying up to just 80 per cent of the value now. Miller Homes and the Government equally fund the remaining 20 per cent in the form of an equity loan, meaning that a three-bedroom Auden style townhouse can be purchased for as little as £187,960.
