A new addition to the family and the need for more flexible living space made Farrier’s Green the ideal choice for Adrian Bunn.

The 53-year-old policeman and his wife, Barbara, 48, a hospital administrator, moved to the stunning Sandbach development after finding out they were going to be grandparents for the first time.

And thanks to Taylor Wimpey’s popular part exchange scheme, buying their dream four bedroom property couldn’t have been easier.

Originally from Sandbach, the couple say the development is ideal and they’re loving being back in their home town.

As Adrian, explains: “We needed somewhere that had room for family and friends to visit and that would have great space and a garden for our new grandchild to enjoy.

“We knew the area already and were really excited about the idea of coming back but we did have a property to sell too.

“We had been trying to sell for a while so jumped at the chance to do part exchange with Taylor Wimpey. It meant we didn’t have to go through the hassle of finding a buyer for our property and the whole process was smooth and stress free.

“The location is great – the town centre’s only a mile away and everything we need is on the doorstep.”

Anthony Mansfield, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester, said: “Farrier’s Green is a great development for anyone looking to settle in a pleasant, leafy community and within reach of Sandbach itself and all shops and amenities it has to offer.

“There are only 41 properties on the development, which lends itself to a cosy feel that buyers have said they really appreciate and as the Bunns found, part exchange is an easy, stress-free way to move.”

Farrier’s Green is a stunning, well-planned development which offers a fantastic selection of three bedroom semi-detached and three and four bedroom detached homes.

And with prices starting from as little as £199,995 it is already proving extremely popular with families and professional couples alike.

It’s easy to see why. As well as being a short drive away from major cities including Manchester, Chester and Crewe, it is also close to a series of major transport links, including the A533, A534 and M6 (leading to the M56 and M62).

The development is also extremely well-served by Sandbach railway station, which provides direct trains to Manchester and Crewe, and is only a short distance away.
