Property market expert Jo Cowan was delighted to find how quick and easy it was to move to Taylor Wimpey’s Symphony Gardens development of new homes in Attleborough, Norfolk.

Mortgage consultant Jo Cowan’s working life is full of the ups, downs and stresses involved with the housing market – so she was delighted to discover that buying a new Norfolk property with Taylor Wimpey was a seamlessly smooth affair.

Jo and her husband Peter were tentatively exploring moving house when they visited the leading housebuilder’s Symphony Gardens development of houses for sale in Attleborough – but they instantly knew the family-size home they viewed was ideal for them.

So when they found themselves settling into the development of new build homes in Attleborough 10 weeks later, Jo was over the moon with the service she and her family had received.

“From start to finish it took just 10 weeks, and in my experience, that’s fast,” says Jo. “We used Taylor Wimpey’s recommended solicitor and I can’t speak highly enough of him – we were kept informed throughout the process and he was always available when we needed him.

“The move went seamlessly and even now that we are living in our new home at Symphony Gardens, Taylor Wimpey’s excellent customer service has continued with the Site Manager always on hand to help out and fix any little problem we encounter.”

Jo, Peter and their two young boys have loved making use of their new four-bedroom home’s extra space since making the move from their old property.

“We had outgrown our old place; it was too small, and so we started thinking about moving,” she says. “The first home we saw at Symphony Gardens was so beautiful, that we thought it would be out of our league – but now it’s our new home!

“It’s got four big bedrooms, there’s plenty of space inside and the house’s specification is first class – it can’t be faulted. Our new home feels like it has been thoughtfully designed by someone who really knows what families want because it accommodates our needs perfectly and everything is there for a reason.”

Would-be homebuyers looking to follow in the Cowans’ footsteps will have to hurry to secure their place at Symphony Gardens, because the new homes at this highly desirable development are selling fast.

One of the limited selection of stunning properties currently on sale is the fabulous three-bedroom ‘Flatford’ semi-detached house, priced from just £157,995.

This impressive property features a spacious lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to the en-suite master bedroom, two further well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom, while two allocated parking spaces are located outside.

All new homes at Symphony Gardens are completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Alternatively, the ‘Flatford’ and the four-bedroom ‘Shelford’ viewhomes are set to be released for sale soon, offering prospective purchasers the chance to secure their own slice of luxury living with all fixtures and fittings included in the price.

Symphony Gardens enjoys a convenient location in Attleborough, a popular market town which boasts a wide range of independent shops catering for everyday needs, along with a variety of restaurants, bars, traditional pubs and cafes.

Parents will appreciate that schools for children of all ages are located in the town, while the A11 offers convenient access to a host of shopping, leisure and entertainment opportunities in Norwich, which is only 15 miles away.

The new homes are situated just over a mile from Attleborough railway station, which operates frequent direct services to Norwich in about 25 minutes, and to Cambridge in around an hour.

For relaxation, the development is situated just 15 miles from Thetford Forest Park – a great setting for walking, cycling, riding and picnics – while the world-famous Norfolk broads and miles of unspoilt coastline are also within easy reach.
