Make part exchange the key to moving

Would-be home owners have nothing to lose and everything to gain by discovering the advantages of part-exchange, says award winning developer Redrow Homes.

And they can do just that this weekend (January 14 /15) if they head down to Dibbin Brook, in Bromborough.

Friendly sales consultants, an estate agent and a mortgage advisor will all be on hand to offer free, no obligation advice on how a customer’s existing home could be used as part payment for a brand new home from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection.

And they could have a deal wrapped up in just a few days, compared to the 11 months that research shows it could take them to sell their house*.

Anita Williams, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), says: “New Year is traditionally a time for ringing in the changes and the decision to move home is a popular choice at this time of year. Economic uncertainty might be putting some people off at the moment but, in reality, it’s a good time to buy – properties are competitively priced, interest rates are low and mortgage availability is improving. The new Government-backed 95% mortgages are due to kick in this March and several lenders have already introduced new products or reduced the amount of deposit required.

“Our part exchange weekend will show people how they can use their existing home to part fund their new one. Effectively we’ll act as a cash buyer for their current property and will aim to make an offer within a few days.”

Those eligible for part-exchange will be trading up to a bigger, better, brand new home that’s easy to maintain and efficient to run.

Prices at Dibbin Brook currently range from £142,995 for a two-bedroom house to £269,995 for a four-bedroom detached family home, with larger properties most suited to part exchange.

Homes from the New Heritage Collection have been influenced by the architecture of the Arts & Crafts era so look appealing from the outside, while inside they boast bright, modern interiors with convivial open plan spaces and high quality fixtures and fittings.

Kitchens are both practical and stylish and are well-equipped with integrated top brand name appliances including oven, microwave and fridge freezer, plus tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage.

Tucked away off the A41, close to Port Sunlight village and with opportunities for woodland walks and nature trails, Dibbin Brook may seem a world away from the hustle and bustle of 21st century living; yet the homes enjoy easy access to Liverpool, Chester and Manchester by road or rail, with a wealth of local amenities nearby.

Visit Dibbin Brook this weekend (Jan 14 /15) to discover how Redrow could help you make your next move, see redrow.co.uk/dibbin.
