For one day only Redrow is hosting a special event at Water’s Edge in Stoke on Trent where just four stylish brand new properties remain for sale.

Located close to Hanley town centre, the Redrow venture enjoys a canal side setting that’s helped make the homes a popular choice with a whole host of buyers including families, first time buyers and downsizers.

The four remaining properties – a pair of two-bedroom apartments, priced at just £99,995, and two spacious four-bedroom family homes, priced from £149,950 - will be open on Sunday, (January 22) for visitors to view between 10am and 5.30pm.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), commented: “Water’s Edge has been a popular choice for homebuyers and there are now just four homes remaining for sale. The open day gives potential purchasers the chance to view the homes, which are all ready to move into, and find out about the fantastic incentives we are offering that could help them take that first step on the property ladder or perhaps move up to a larger home.

“Our friendly sales consultants will be on hand to take buyers through their options, which includes helping them to access mortgage advice from an independent financial advisor. We’ll also have drinks and nibbles in the show home to make visitors feel at home already.”

Redrow is proud to have played its part in regenerating the area, while boosting the supply of good quality housing. Water’s Edge is now a well-established community with homes that enjoy a location close to the Staffordshire countryside while also benefiting from easy access to the town centre amenities.

All homes feature Redrow’s high standard of interior specification, including contemporary fitted kitchens, with top brand name appliances, and sleek bathroom suites. The apartments offer the ultimate low maintenance lifestyle and are great for those starting out in a home of their own, as well as people who’ve retired and are looking for a new home that is easy to manage and secure.

The final four-bedroom homes are family sized townhouses with integral garages and en-suites to master bedrooms. Customers with a property to sell may find they are able to use their old home to part-fund a move to Water’s Edge.

Elaine explained: “Moving up the property ladder is quick and easy with part-exchange and means that those with a home of their own to sell may still be in with a chance of calling Water’s Edge ‘home’. Subject to terms and conditions we’ll buy their existing property so they can buy this brand new home. But with only two family-sized properties remaining potential purchasers should act fast.”
