Barratt London’s popular Hayes development, Arena, is opening two new show homes in time for the launch of the final phase of sales of 20 four-bedroom townhouses in Chiswick Crescent and Ealing Crescent. The new homes will be released for sale on 21st January, offering prospective buyers what are possibly the best value family homes in the Greater London area.

The show home launch will take place from 11am to 4pm on 21st January, and will give potential purchasers an opportunity to view the apartments and talk to the sales team, as well as get a feel for the local community.

Arena is a family-oriented development, with large communal gardens located close to the leafy town of Hayes. It has strong eco-credentials, including solar panels on the roofs which will help keep heating bills low. The interior design of the homes mirrors the family-friendly environment, mixing bright and lively shades with modern designs in spacious rooms.

Danielle Strzelecki, Designer at Honky, Interior Designers, comments: “As so many families are buying at Arena, our design for the four-bedroom town houses caters for both adults and children, using multi-functional spaces. The light walls and tonal flooring give a neutral backdrop to the contrasting dark timber furniture and vibrantly coloured artwork and accessories. A recurring theme throughout the interiors is the placement of intricate designs appearing in fabrics, wall coverings and artwork, inspired by patterns from a myriad of cultures, executed in a contemporary style”.

Gary Patrick, regional sales director, Barratt London, says; “We are pleased to be launching the last phase at Arena, which has been a very popular development, and is now home to many families, couples and first-time buyers. The new show homes are a great way to help prospective buyers experience the quality and finish of their new homes and it offers an insight to what living in Arena can offer.”

“Thanks to the family-friendly community and the good transport links into London, Arena is a realistic option for people looking to upsize and relocate outside of central London without having to compromise on a job in the capital. These four-bedroom homes also come with Barratt’s exclusive five year warranty, which gives peace of mind when making such a life-changing investment.”

Arena is a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments, and three and four-bedroom townhouses set in communal landscaped gardens with a large central water feature. The development is mix of classic designs which blends in with the surrounding leafy town of Hayes.

Each new home offers generous living space and a modern kitchen and bathrooms with heated towel rails. The townhouses have gardens and most of the apartments have balconies.

There is plenty of choice for leisure and entertainment near Arena in the friendly, family-oriented town of Hayes, which is also popular amongst professionals looking to move out of central London. The town centre provides shopping, entertainment and plenty of places to eat and drink. The market town of Uxbridge is also close by providing two large shopping centres and a cinema.

Sitting just west of central London, Arena is ideally located for commuting into the central London with trains from Hayes and Harlington rail station arriving into Paddington in just 17 minutes, where the tube network is accessible. The M4 and the M25 are also close by and there are many bus routes to surrounding areas including to Heathrow airport for international travel.

Prices for a new four-bedroom townhouse at Arena start from £329,950, with the option of part exchange, and one-bedroom apartments start from £175,000.
