Free travel for a year for property purchasers in Epsom

With its fantastic commuter links and beautiful surroundings, Epsom is a great choice for homeowners and, having seen an influx of commuters buying properties at its Noble Park and Elements developments, developer Crest Nicholson is offering anyone reserving a property in February an annual travel card, including zones 1-6 in London, worth £2,332.

Christine Tiernan, Sales & Marketing Director, Crest Nicholson South, comments: “We have recently seen a real increase in enquiries from people looking to move further out of London as they seek out a more peaceful lifestyle but still want easy access to the city for work. Property in Epsom is also more affordable than in many popular areas of South West London, so we’ve seen a number of buyers moving to both Elements and Noble Park in order to upsize and reap the benefits of a more outdoor lifestyle within a thriving community than they have previously been able to enjoy in London. Many of our purchasers have commented on the rising costs of travel and we therefore decided to offer anyone reserving a property at Noble Park or Elements before the 29th February an annual travel pass to save them some money.”

For commuters, Ewell West station and Epsom Station are within a short distance of the developments, with train journeys into London taking approximately 35 minutes. Road links are also strong, with the M25 and A3 both within easy reach. Noble Park is located close to some beautiful rural areas around Epsom. The sites are a short distance from Epsom Common and Horton Country Park, while Epsom Downs and its iconic race course are also in close proximity.

Located on Horton Lane, Noble Park is a brand new development of exclusive family homes and high specification apartments. The development comprises a selection of one and two bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five bedroom houses. When complete, the 360 homes will offer exciting choices for everyone from first time buyers to growing families and busy working professionals, as well as those seeking a more relaxed pace of life. The development comprises traditionally styled homes which complement the existing period buildings in the area and harmonise perfectly with their surroundings.

Prices at Noble Park start at £299,950 for a two bedroom house.

Elements, at Parkviews, is an exclusive neighbourhood of wide, tree-lined avenues surrounded by parkland. Private rear gardens and a variety of shared open spaces are available for homeowners to enjoy, as well as balconies and full height windows which provide stunning views from selected properties. The development also includes ecological enhancements to protect natural habitats for native plants and birds, creating a leafy neighbourhood ideal for families.

Prices at Elements start from £249,995 for a two bedroom apartment, £349,995 for a three bedroom house and £544,950 for a four bedroom house.
