Secure new homes in Basingstoke with a 5% deposit

Selected plots at Everest Park and Limes Park, Taylor Wimpey’s fast-selling developments of property for sale in Basingstoke, are available with the fantastic FirstBuy scheme for first-time buyers.

First-time buyers can take their pick from an exceptional selection of properties with just a 5% deposit at Taylor Wimpey’s Everest Park and Limes Park developments of new homes for sale in Basingstoke – as long as they act quickly.

The Government-backed FirstBuy initiative offers qualifying purchasers the opportunity to access selected apartments and houses for sale in Basingstoke for as little as 80% of their full purchase price, including a 5% deposit as low as £5,850, subject to status.

Alternatively, two-bedroom apartments priced from £149,000 at the development are on sale from as little as £119,200 with FirstBuy, while three and four-bedroom houses are priced from just £249,995.

Meanwhile at Limes Park, beautiful two-bedroom apartments priced from £173,000, are available for 80% FirstBuy prices from only £138,400, while three-bedroom houses can be accessed by qualifying purchasers for 80% of their £214,995 purchase prices – that’s from just £172,000!
