Kelly’s Christmas Pudding Ice Cream - Serves 6

300g Christmas pudding
1ltr tub Kelly’s Clotted Cream Cornish Ice Cream

- Cook the Christmas pudding as per instructions.
- Turn out on to a plate and cool. Break into rough 2cm pieces then stir into the ice cream. Serve, with a little additional splash of brandy.
