Crest Nicholson tops the ranks in customer satisfaction survey

Crest Nicholson, the award-winning developer behind Birmingham’s Park Central development, has topped the ranks for the third year running in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) annual customer satisfaction survey, holding onto their five out of a possible five stars rating.
According to the survey, over 90 per cent of respondents stated that they would recommend Crest Nicholson to a friend and 9 out of 10 were satisfied with their home.
Stephen Stone, Chief Executive of Crest Nicholson, comments: “We have had an exciting and fulfilling year at Crest Nicholson. We have just announced our 2011 financial results, which demonstrate that the company is continuing to trade strongly and to maintain our top ranking status in HBF customer satisfaction survey is the icing on the cake.
“The results are confirmation of our commitment to meeting the highest standards of build, design and customer service. Every one of our customers deserves to experience an exceptional buying service, so that is why we continually strive to exceed their expectations. We work closely with customers every step of the way to understand their needs and to help them find the right property as well as guiding them through the purchasing process; all of which is then followed up by our after sales care.
“These superior satisfaction levels for which we have once again been recognised are a direct result of the dedication from everyone at Crest Nicholson. Our employees, from the sales staff and construction workers to the senior management team, are responsible for this achievement. I would like to personally thank them for this fantastic result once again.”
