Lovell offers great Easter weekend deals at The Courtyard

Developer Lovell has some extra-special offers for buyers who reserve a home at The Courtyard, its development on Bank Street in the centre of Irvine, this Easter weekend.
For this weekend only – from Good Friday to Easter Monday - purchasers at The Courtyard can take advantage of a £5,000 discount on the price of their home. Alternatively, Lovell will cover the cost of carpets and pick up the bill for legal fees. These extra offers are in addition to the other incentives offered by Lovell at The Courtyard. They include the Lovell Shared Equity Scheme which enables buyers to pay only 85 per cent of the initial sale price up front. Lovell lends the outstanding 15 per cent with no interest on the loan to pay or rent.
