Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is preparing to unveil a brand new collection of high-quality properties in Eastbourne, a popular seaside town on the Sussex coast.

Windmill Walk will be a beautiful collection of two, three and four-bedroom new build homes for sale in Eastbourne, and will enjoy a peaceful location in a popular residential area on the eastern fringes of the coastal resort.

Details and the prices of the new homes are being kept under wraps until the development is officially launched in May, but those interested can be among the first to find out more about this release of Taylor Wimpey’s properties for sale in Eastbourne by registering their interest today.

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey South East, says: “We’re now just weeks away from the official launch of Windmill Walk, a stylish new development of houses in Easbourne that offers so much for home-hunters in a range of circumstances looking for their ideal property near to the sea.

“Opportunities to own a beautiful brand new home in such a quiet yet convenient location don’t come along very often, so I would urge Sussex property-seekers to register their interest now – and make sure they are at the front of the queue when the first homes become available to purchase.”

The new homes at Windmill Walk will be located in Penrith Way, Langney, a bustling community less than five miles north east of Eastbourne town centre.

Convenience stores, two major supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are all within easy reach of the development, while a host of leisure, shopping and entertainment amenities can be found in Eastbourne.

For stunning coastal paths and a multitude of water-based activities, the wonderful South Coast is close at hand, while nearby Shinewater Park is home to beautiful fishing lakes and recreation areas, including a skate park and an all-weather sports pitch.

Parents will appreciate that the well-regarded Shinewater Primary School and the Causeway School for secondary education are within a mile of Windmill Walk.

For commuters, the A22 is just a short distance away, providing quick links to Eastbourne and the M25, while Pevensey & Eastham railway station is only two miles from home, offering regular services to London Victoria and Brighton, via Eastbourne. Direct trains to Ashford International also put mainland Europe within convenient reach via the Eurostar service.
