If you can’t wait to buy, don’t wait to sell – climb the property ladder with part exchange from Redrow and moving day could be closer than you think.

The award-winning developer is holding a special part exchange event at Wheatley Chase in Halifax this Sunday (April 22) to explain how even those with a property to sell can enjoy a quick and simple move from old to new.

Friendly sales consultants will be on hand to offer free, no obligation advice on how a customer’s existing property could be used as part payment for a brand new home from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection.

And they could have a deal wrapped up in just a few days, compared to the nine months that research shows it could take them to sell their house.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “Buying a new home is an exciting time and we appreciate that people want to move as soon as possible. The last thing they want is to be held back by the property they’re looking to leave behind.

“Part exchange makes things easier for our customers by allowing them to trade in their current home as part payment for a brand new one. It means they can avoid hurdles such as buyers who change their mind, last minute haggles over price, complicated chains and estate agent’s fees.”

Wheatley Chase features a choice of three and four-bedroom homes with current prices ranging from £139,999 to £199,999.

And while part exchange is great for those with an existing home to sell, Redrow is also offering to help other purchasers including first time buyers with incentives such as NewBuy and FirstBuy. Both schemes are designed to make homeownership more affordable and could mean that customers only need a deposit of around £7,000 to secure a brand new home.

“The quality of our homes at Wheatley Chase means finding the perfect one to suit is the easy part – and we’ve got everything in place to help our customers overcome any future hurdles,” Patsy added.

“First time buyers may not have a big deposit or may be struggling to find a mortgage. On the other hand, for those with a property to sell the problem may be finding a buyer who’s ready to move when they are. That’s why at Redrow we are finding solutions every day to make a move quick, easy and stress-free for our buyers.”

Visit Wheatley Chase this Sunday (April 22) to discover how Redrow could help you climb the property ladder.
