Downsizing doesn’t necessary mean a move to a much smaller home – as Linden Homes displays at its popular development in Cleethorpes.

The regional housebuilder is offering rare opportunity for retirees and other buyers to move to into one of its spacious bungalows at Curzon Avenue.

The unique collection of two-bedroom bungalows is now available at the Hampton Court development – the first of which will be ready to move into in June.

The development is already popular with a range of buyers, many of whom have benefited from incentives to help curb the cost of moving.

And snapping up one of the bungalows is no exception – with the Assisted Move scheme currently available.

Under the scheme, Linden Homes will:

Deal with the estate agents in your behalf to put an existing property on the market

Find the best price for your home leaving to you free to buy one of ours

Pay your stamp duty and estate agent fees

Pay your removal costs and legal fees (on selected plots)

Linden Homes sales director Steve Woomble said: “Our market research has shown that there is a healthy number of people aged 55 plus living within a five mile radius of the development, some of who may be looking to downsize.

“In addition to the comfort and convenience, brand new homes make extensive efforts to minimise the energy costs of running a home by using thermal-efficient building materials, the latest high-efficiency heating systems and a host of other cost-saving innovations – all of which can curb costs from the minute you move in.”

Steve added: “We only have four bungalows available, so we would urge anyone who is interested to talk to our sales team.”

Prices currently start from £129,950. The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, visit lindenhomes.co.uk.
