Crest Nicholson will be giving a special gift to all those people that reserve a home at Park Central in Birmingham city centre this month (Friday 20th April to Friday 20th May), to mark the sales team’s move to a new marketing suite on Spring Road, Lower Parkside.

In order to help make the moving-in process as easy as possible the sales team will be giving away a David Phillips kitchen pack, inclusive of utensils and electrical appliances, to the value of £450 with every apartment that they sell at Lower Parkside, the latest £15 million phase of the development.

Ruth Williams, sales manager at Park Central said: “The kitchen packs are a great gift for anyone moving into a new home. There are always added costs that you just don’t think about when buying a new place so getting your crockery, cutlery, kettle and toaster along with many other kitchen utensils for free will prove to be a real boost for many new purchasers. It will also help to unearth the hidden chef and prove a great reason for you to host dinner parties in your new apartment.

“The apartments at Lower Parkside have great views over the eight acres of gorgeous parkland at Park Central, in particular Wildflower Meadow. Now that the marketing suite is located at this end of the development we have a first-hand view of the park springing into bloom and I would advise any househunters to come along and see what’s on offer in this beautiful setting.”

The decision to move the marketing suite follows a successful run of sales at Park Central which has resulted in the Liberty building – the previous home of the sales office – completely selling out, bar three show apartments which have now been released for purchase.

One and two bedroom apartments have also been released for sale in the Houston, Lincoln and Washington buildings, allocated at Lower Parkside. Starting in price from £99,950 for a one bedroom apartment, the homes offer spacious living areas, designer Symphony kitchens and contemporary bathrooms boasting Hansgrohe mixer taps and stylish Porcelanosa tiling as standard.

Ruth continues: “Since the beginning of the year the majority of our house purchasers have been first time buyers, wanting to enjoy city centre living but needing a bit of help to get on the property ladder. Because of this we have launched a number of our own incentives at the development in addition to the government’s schemes; the majority of which are aimed at those looking for their first home. I would advise anyone who is thinking about buying an apartment but doesn’t believe they can afford it to come and speak to our sales team and discuss the offers available. You never know buying a new home could be more affordable that you think!”

For more information on Park Central visit the new marketing suite, which is open daily from 10am to 5pm and is located at Park Central, Spring Street, Birmingham B15 2GD. Alternatively, log on to parkcentral.co.uk.
