Ben Bailey Homes has launched its Harvest View development in Garforth, which features the company’s innovative new range of thoughtfully designed homes.

The new development, which has received unprecedented levels of interest from potential homebuyers, will comprise solely of 68 newly designed properties, including spacious three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes and townhouses, as well as a collection of large five-bedroom detached executive homes. Properties are priced from £235,950.

The versatile new homes have each been designed to reflect how people live today, ranging from the creative and flexible use of space within the properties to the type of specification provided, and all of the homes expertly combine these requirements to deliver an outstanding lifestyle experience.

Ben Bailey Homes undertook extensive market research and studied home living trends to enable it to develop the selection of properties, which the homebuilder believes clearly set it apart from the competition.

Featuring flexible, bright living spaces that enable people to choose how they wish to live, the properties also benefit from high ceilings and an abundance of natural light created by expansive bi-folding glass doors at the rear of the home which open out onto a large patio and turfed garden area.

Ben Bailey Homes’ research also reinforced the importance homebuyers place on the kitchen and bathroom. These findings allowed the homebuilder to invest in redesigning both spaces and develop the outstanding new specification within them.

Ben Bailey Homes’ sales director, Steve Rider, said: “We are hugely excited to be able to reveal our new homes at Harvest View. The way they have been created in response to homebuyers’ needs really differentiates them. Every feature we have designed – from the high ceilings to the outstanding specification – provides a clear benefit and reflects how people use their homes today, whilst the space provided offers excellent versatility of use.

“We’ve experienced unprecedented levels of interest, with over 600 enquiries so far and because of this we expect them to go very quickly. They homes here really are unique, so I’d urge anyone who’s interested in purchasing one to act quickly and either register their interest or visit the marketing suite.”

Ben Bailey Homes’ specification at Harvest View was developed following a 12 month strategic review by the company’s senior management team of the new homebuilding sector to ensure that the business differentiates itself ahead of the competition.

This process has ensured the developer’s latest specification not only provides an enhanced combination of form and functionality but that it is also extremely stylish and includes many items highlighted by those in the market looking to purchase a new home.

The new specification includes a stunning choice of fully fitted kitchens which are intelligently arranged. Featuring soft close doors and integrated appliances – including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, and microwave – the kitchen units offer innovative additional storage space as required by today’s modern lifestyles.

Bathrooms have stylish sanitaryware, luxurious baths with concealed bath fillers and full height and feature wall tiling by Porcelanosa. Ensuites now also offer contemporary showers, as well as useful storage solutions, chrome-heated towel rails and high quality tiling by Porcelanosa.

There is a choice of internal doors throughout the homes, which are bespoke and complemented by unique Italian-designed door furniture, whilst master bedrooms also benefit from a choice of impressive contemporary fitted wardrobes that have sliding doors to maximise space and storage.

Steve concluded: “All this is included as part of our standard specification going forward. We believe that this will only further enhance our reputation as an outstanding developer following the recent five star rating we received for customer satisfaction and customer recommendation from the Home Builders Federation.”

Harvest View is located in a semi-rural location off Selby Road and is situated close to Garforth town centre which offers a range of amenities including local shops, restaurants and bars. The town has a railway station providing fast commuter access to Leeds and York and Harvest View is within easy reach of the A63 which links to the M1 and A1(M).

Garforth is also home to a variety of educational establishments including five primary schools, Garforth Academy secondary school and SLP College which provides training in dance and performing arts.
