Win a trip to Japan and ride in Civic Type R Mugen

The winner will get the chance to ride in the new prototype as it is put through its paces by Mugen test drivers during its final high-speed shakedown at the Honda Twin-Ring Motegi circuit in Japan.
They will meet the engineers responsible for the car's development and will also get an insider's tour of the Mugen factory and a visit to the Honda Collection Hall Museum for a chance to soak up Honda’s racing and road car heritage.
“In standard trim, the Civic Type R is a thrilling machine to drive,” says Hiro Toyoda, Vice President of Mugen Euro, the Northampton-based Mugen division that is masterminding the new car's development in Japan. “It is a fantastic base model from which we hope to develop one of the quickest point to point front-wheel-drive road cars in the country.”
To enhance the performance of the already-impressive Civic Type R, MUGEN EURO will tune Honda’s 2.0-litre i-VTEC engine to produce more power and torque, as well as developing the brakes, exhaust and suspension. Externally, the Civic will take on an even more aggressive appearance, with a new aerodynamic package including a larger rear boot spoiler.
