Popular UK Slot Car Festival returns to the HMC!

The popular and exciting ‘UK Slot Car Festival’ returns for a second year at the Heritage Motor Centre on Sunday 20 May from 10am – 5pm. The event promises to be yet another fantastic family day out featuring major Slot Car manufacturers such as Scalextric, Carrera, SCX, Slot.it, NSR & many more.

Throughout the day there will be plenty of activities taking place including Manufacturers Road Shows, a Drag Strip, Scenery Display, Trade Stalls, Track to Try, Club Competition, Brand Challenge, Quiz and preparation advice. Visitors can also meet the manufacturers, attend tune up workshops and even bring their own cars to race on up to 20 different race tracks!

Visitors will also have the opportunity of swapping, buying and selling cars as well as meeting other like-minded enthusiasts. Two special limited edition slot cars from Scalextric and Slot.it will also be available to purchase at the Festival.

As well as appealing to slot racers collectors and car fanatics, the Festival is also a great way for those new to the hobby to find out what is out there”.
