With 12 eager home buyers already signed up, two fully furnished show homes should boost sales further at Branwell Park in Guiseley.

Until recently buyers had to rely on floor plans, visit other developments in Yorkshire or take ‘virtual’ online tours of show homes via Redrow.TV, but not any more. From this weekend (May 26 - 27) customers will be able to see for themselves exactly how the new homes at Branwell Park will look.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “We’ve had great success in Guiseley, where a dozen people have had the confidence to reserve a new home ‘off plan’. The popularity of the homes means that we’ve sold nearly all of the homes in the current release and have people interested in making ‘early bird reservations’ for the next homes to be put on the market.

“Nevertheless, we know that many people feel that being able to view a property is an important part of the home buying process. With that in mind our professional interior designers have styled two show homes at Branwell Park with a blueprint of elegance, good taste and family living.

“Visitors will love how the open plan layouts maximise the potential of the space available. And they’re sure to be impressed by all that’s included in our standard specification.”

The show homes are examples of the Letchworth and Oxford house types, both of which have been professionally decorated, furnished and dressed to impress.

By viewing the show homes potential purchasers will be able to appreciate the different layouts, the quality and finish, helping them to imagine what life could be like if they choose to make a move to Branwell Park.

“Externally, the Letchworth may look like a traditional 1930s’ semi but inside it’s bright, modern and full of family friendly features. The open plan kitchen and dining room is an inviting space that’s flooded with lots of natural light thanks to patio doors leading out onto the garden. The ground floor also includes a separate lounge, laundry and cloaks. Wander up the staircase to the first floor and the master bedroom enjoys the convenience of an en-suite to complement the family bathroom,” Patsy explained.

The four-bedroom detached Oxford style show home also enjoys an open plan aspect to its ground floor layout with a combined kitchen and dining room, separate lounge, downstairs cloaks and utility. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts the modern day essential en-suite.

Prices at Branwell Park start from £259,999 for a three-bedroom property. The Government backed NewBuy initiative is available, giving purchasers the opportunity to take out a mortgage for 95% of the price.

Branwell Park is within walking distance of Guiseley train station and residents of the development will be able to travel free on buses and trains in West Yorkshire for a year. As part of a package of community benefits negotiated with Leeds City Council, Redrow is offering one free MetroCard per household. The travel card will be provided free for the first year and discounted in years two and three.

To be among the first to see inside the show homes at Branwell Park, visit the development in Netherfield Road this weekend (May 26-27). For more information see redrow.co.uk.
