New house sales have a seen a recent surge with five properties sold at a popular local development in just one week!

The properties all located at Miller Homes’ Calder View development in Dewsbury were snapped up in one week giving a strong indication that the new housing market is buoyant in the town.

“Sales at Calder View have remained consistent but this particular week they peaked to their highest level since the site was launched,” commented Jan Hanaby sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire. “Each of the properties sold was one of our popular mews homes which are superbly designed for modern day living.”

The mews style property is available in three or four bedroom options. The four bedroom ‘Maurier’ is priced from £163,500 and the three bedroom ‘Collins’ is priced from £149,000. The ‘Maurier’ is also available under Miller Homes unique Home Exchange Scheme.

The scheme works whereby an independent home valuation will be arranged and, subject to qualifying criteria, you could receive a decision in as little as seven days. It is different to other part exchange schemes as it allows buyers to exchange their current home for a larger one, but is also suitable for those wishing to downsize or make a sideways move.

“Home Exchange provides a superb way for prospective buyers to be able to achieve their dream of owning a brand new home,” said Jan. “We are happy to discuss this or other incentives with you,”

Calder View is a dynamic mix of house styles and is located close to the town of Dewsbury. It also enjoys an attractive canal side setting and is within easy reach of a wide selection of local amenities and the M1 and M62 motorways.
