Want to move? Ask the experts at Scholars Green

Summer home buyers are set to get a welcome boost thanks to a scheme from Taylor Wimpey designed to save them time and money. An ‘Ask the Experts’ event will be held at Taylor Wimpey’s Scholars Green development in Dalkeith on Thursday 12 July from 5pm-7pm. This free event offers easy access to Taylor Wimpey’s experts who can help buyers to get the facts they need to get on the move more easily this year.
Our panel will include an IFA for financial and mortgage advice as well as Taylor Wimpey advisors who will be on-hand to give support on selling your current home, as well as details of other Taylor Wimpey customer buying schemes including PX, shared equity, depositmatch and Easymover.
Buyers at the event can take advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s helpful shared equity scheme, free flooring and appliances on selected plots, as well as a reduced reservation fee of just £99 to help them get on the move. Plus the first five visitors to the event will also qualify for a free £20 M&S shopping voucher.
Karen Armstrong, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “People still want to move home but are sometimes worried about getting the right mortgage deal or don’t want the hassle of selling their property, plus there’s the worry of all the additional fees and costs associated with moving house. Through our ‘Ask the Experts’ event at Scholars Green in Dalkeith on 12 July, buyers can benefit from the expertise of Taylor Wimpey and its specially selected team of advisors, plus potentially save thousands of pounds, whatever their situation.
