Constitution Hill to welcome new development

Prospective house hunters in Dudley are being encouraged to register their interest in a brand new housing development due to be constructed by Taylor Wimpey Midlands on Constitution Hill.

The development will include a range of 147 one, two, three and four bedroom properties, including apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached designs. With prices proposed to start from under £100,000 for a one bedroom terrace home, the properties at Constitution Hill are expected to generate a great deal of interest.

Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: “We have secured the land at Constitution Hill and are looking forward to developing a number of homes for local people. Due to the range of proposed house types we’re aiming to offer something for everyone at our development.

“It is fully anticipated there will be a high volume of enquiries so we are urging people to register their interest as soon as possible so they can be the first to hear when the homes go on sale.”

The development follows on from Taylor Wimpey’s previous success in the area having also built The Hedgerows in Lower Gornal. The high standard of the site - which was completed in 2010 and earned the manager an acclaimed NHBC Award for quality – will be replicated at the proposed homes at Constitution Hill.
