Silver Waters huge success in Brownhills

Taylor Wimpey Midlands is proud to announce the huge success of its Silver Waters development in Brownhills, which launched at the weekend.
Prior to its launch Silver Waters, which is located on Silver Street, appealed to a great variety of prospective purchasers due to the range of two, three and four bedroom properties available.
During the launch weekend the leading home builder sold a number of the Belford house types, demonstrating the company’s commitment to delivering high quality, yet affordable new homes to house hunters in the area.
Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: “It is great to see that the launch of Silver Waters was such a success over the weekend. Two Belford homes were successfully sold at the launch and we are delighted to announce that we are releasing another one for sale this week to cope with demand.
“I am thrilled there has been so much interest in Brownhills and urge people to register their interest as soon as possible to secure their dream new home.”
With just 36 properties in total, Silver Waters is fast becoming a sought-after property hot spot in Brownhills. The first phase of homes available included two, three and four bedroom designs, however with the first two Belford house types now reserved, house hunters are urged to register their interest in the further release of two bedroom houses. Prices currently start from £166,995 for the three bedroom Conway property.
Silver Waters takes its name from its location in close proximity to the Wyrley and Essington Canal, which during Brownhill’s thriving coal mining era in the mid 19th century, formed a fundamental part of the Midlands transport network. The exciting new development forms a key part of an ambitious master plan to regenerate the town.
