26th July 2012 Print

House hunters in Walsall are being encouraged to register their interest in Taylor Wimpey Midlands’ Jubilee Gardens development off Bloxwich Road, which is due to go on sale this August.

Jubilee Gardens will comprise 134 properties with a selection of two, three and four bedroom house types designed to meet the needs and budgets of local home buyers. Taylor Wimpey has included a selection of terraced, semi-detached and coach house properties, providing house hunters with a great deal of choice when looking for their dream new home.

Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: “Jubilee Gardens is an attractive development that is eagerly anticipated by many. The properties boast traditional layouts and the site itself will host areas of beautiful green open space. I’d therefore urge people to register their interest as soon as possible so we can let them know when the properties go on sale.”

Anne adds: “One home we believe will be extremely popular is our two bedroom semi-detached design. Two bedroom semis are very rarely built yet are of great appeal to first time buyers, so we are delighted to offer a collection at Jubilee Gardens.”

Prices will start from as little as £109,995 for a beautiful two bedroom coach house, while a two bedroom mews design starts from £112,995. In addition, first time buyers will be delighted to know that Taylor Wimpey is offering the much acclaimed 5% deposit scheme, NewBuy. This means deposits will start at just £5,500 to secure a two bedroom coach house, or just £6,300 for a two bedroom semi-detached home with two parking spaces, priced from £125,995.
