With just 11 homes left to sell, Elan Homes could soon be celebrating a sell out success at its popular Swansea development.

The housebuilder had reason to rejoice recently, selling four homes in just 72 hours at Secombe Vale, in Port Tennant.

Andrea Nippe, head of sales for Elan in the South, said: “We really want to shout about how well the homes at Secombe Vale have been selling and let potential purchasers know that time is running out as we only have 11 homes remaining.

“We’ve seen a surge in sales recently, and we are expecting the development to continue to prove popular from September through to Christmas, which is traditionally a strong selling period. Our advice to homebuyers would be to act now, while there’s still a great choice of homes available.”

Behind the smart exteriors lie contemporary interiors to suit the lifestyles of modern families. Attention to detail is paramount inside the homes, with modern appliances selected for quality and visual appeal and high specification ?xtures and ?ttings in every room.

Among the available homes is the three-bedroom Ashbourne. This carefully planned house offers two floors of living space. On the ground floor there’s a spacious lounge area with double patio doors out to the rear garden; a contemporary kitchen and a convenient downstairs cloakroom. The first floor houses two double bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite shower room, a single bedroom plus a modern family bathroom.

Secombe Vale has attracted many first time buyers, who appreciate its close proximity to Swansea. But those in search of a quieter pace of life will also be at home here, as its close to Swansea's local blue-flag beach as well as the rolling hills and beaches of the spectacular 20-mile Gower peninsular.

The remaining homes are all three-bedroom detached houses, competitively priced from £129,995, and would also suit families or downsizers.

Close to the A483 Fabian Way, in one direction there’s access to the city centre, with its vibrant range of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, and in the other, residents are just a short drive from the M4.
