Home hunters prepared to put their wellies on can view a number of near-completed homes at Redrow’s new development in Crawley Down.

Such is the interest in the new homes at Kings Acre, the award-winning housebuilder is hosting an open day on Saturday, September 1st to give potential purchasers an opportunity to look around selected part-built properties.

Kerry Jenkins, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Eastern), said: “Our ‘wellies on weekend’ gives purchasers a rare opportunity to look around homes that are still under construction so they can get a real feel for their space and layout. Seeing something tangible is often much more worthwhile for customers than viewing plans especially while making a decision on one of the biggest purchases of their lives – their home.

“We’ll kit them out with wellies so they can walk with us around the development and see their would-be future homes as they are being built. We’ve also got show homes open so visitors can look around professionally styled and fully furnished properties as well. It means they will leave with a real sense of the lifestyle on offer at Kings Acre.”

Kings Acre will eventually feature 56 brand new luxury properties from Redrow’s sought-after New Heritage Collection, well known for its Arts and Crafts inspired traditional exteriors with bright modern interiors.

Part exchange could be an option for those with a property to sell and means Redrow could simply take it off their hands as Kerry explained: “With part exchange we’ll act as a cash buyer for our customer’s current home. It means there are no estate agents fees to pay and no risk of getting stuck in a housing chain. They can simply move as soon as their new home is ready.”

Perfectly located in the picturesque village of Crawley Down, close to the M23 and seven miles from Gatwick Airport, the traditional homes at Kings Acre complement the surrounding established family homes.

Residents are close to the railway stations of East Grinstead and Three Bridges, from where direct trains into central London take around 35 minutes. The popular south coast resort of Brighton is less than 30 miles away.

The development also incorporates public open space, woodland and existing hedgerows, enhancing the environment for residents and the community.

Prices for available three and four-bedroom homes are from £336,995 to £489,995.
