It is just minutes from the beach and some very good public tennis courts. The start of the Cornwall coastal path is right opposite the house and the village of Looe a 20-minute, pleasant coastal walk away. Kernow, Hessenford (near Looe)

This three-bedroomed, mid-terrace 1800s grade-2-listed-cottage has been completely refurbished with much thought given to making the most of this charming cottage. Trevallan, East Looe

Trevallan is perfect for a couple or for those with a young child who would be happy to sleep on a pull-out bed. The one-bedroomed detached bungalow is located just yards from Plaidy Beach. The chalet-style bungalow has an open-plan living area with comfortable and modern lounge with leather settees and flat screen TV/DVD and French doors which lead out onto a decked veranda with garden furniture.
