The sales team at Park View in Longbridge has moved into a brand new marketing suite to help showcase the last few remaining properties at the popular St. Modwen Homes’ development.

A new view home – located next door to the marketing suite on Cofton Park Drive – is also now open for visitors to explore the four bedroom, three storey ‘Bilberry’ townhouse. This is the first time that potential new residents have been able to walk round the townhouses at Park View and with only three of these properties remaining for sale, it is expected that demand will far outstrip supply.

The redbrick Bilberry homes – which boast large windows on all three storeys – have three double and one single bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and dining room on the ground floor and a second living area on the first floor. Typical of St. Modwen Homes’ properties, all the rooms have high ceilings and have been designed to feel light and spacious.

Julie Zivkovic, sales manager at Park View said: “Many people don’t consider three storey living when looking for a new home but it can offer some real benefits, especially for those people looking for a more spacious property. Families are often the most common homeowners to benefit from three storeys, with the extra living space creating somewhere for parents or older siblings to relax, away from children’s play areas.

“The view home has been designed with high quality fixtures and fittings and gives people a glimpse into what the house could look like once curtains are up and pictures are on the wall. The marketing suite has also been beautifully designed and I know myself and the rest of the sales team are already very much enjoying our new home!”

The new view home showcases shades of aqua and blue, displayed through curtains, pictures and decorative pieces. The marketing suite boasts shades of aubergine and pistachio, helping to giving househunters an idea of what colours can be used together in their new home.

The three storey townhouses at Park View start in price from just £239,500 and come with a turfed garden and two parking spaces as standard. All the homes at Park View have been built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and 4, meaning they are up to 44 per cent more energy efficient than current building regulations require.

Proving popular with local people, 90 per cent of properties have now been sold at Park View, which sits on the former general management office of the MG Rover factory. St. Modwen Homes aims to have sold out of homes at the development in September 2012.

The new marketing suite is located off Cofton Park Drive, Longbridge, Birmingham, B45 8DF (near Lickey Road). For more information, visit parkview-longbridge.co.uk.
