Parks "come dine with us" offer adds to autumn savings

Free "no-strings" food and drink vouchers are to be given to families staying at Park Holidays UK for autumn breaks during September and October.

Worth over £40.00, the vouchers - which can be redeemed without making any other purchases - mean that a four-night break could cost less than half a tank-full of petrol.

At present, the group is offering mid-week holidays at its 25 seaside holiday parks in South and West England for as little as £69.00 per family, and seven night breaks from £135.00.

The cost includes use of the pool and other facilities on the park, plus the nightly entertainment.

Park Holidays UK's booklet of vouchers - worth over £40.00 in cash value - will be supplied on arrival, and each voucher is simply handed over in exchange for the free eats and drinks.

Full English breakfasts, fish and chip suppers, freshly-made curries and giant ice-cream sundaes are on the menu of no-cost treats, plus wine, beer and soft drinks.

"We've had an absolute cracker of a summer at all of our parks this year, including many people taking their first-ever holiday on a British park," said Park Holidays UK director Tony Clish.

"Now we want to introduce ourselves to others who haven't yet had a Park Holidays UK experience, and these vouchers mean they can have a taster stay from almost loose-change prices.

"But the vouchers are, of course, available to everyone, including the many people who will be making a return visit in autumn after enjoying a main summer holiday with us.

"Food and drink on the house is our way of serving up a thank-you to everyone who has helped make this a fantastically successful year for us and UK tourism generally," said Tony.
