If the idea of living in a desirable South Hams village appeals to you, then look no further as Taylor Wimpey is due to launch its beautiful Kitley Place development in sought-after Yealmpton.

The select development, which has been named after the attractive local landmark, Kitley Caves, comprises just 50 properties and is due to go on sale on Saturday 29th September. House hunters will be pleased to note there will be something for everyone as Kitley Place boasts a selection of three, four, five and six bedroom houses.

Janine Copleston, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, states: “The South Hams is renowned for being an extremely attractive area of South Devon and Yealmpton has a specific charm as it retains a beautiful village feel, whilst being located just eight miles from Plymouth.

“Due to this appeal we have already received a great deal of interest from families and commuters who are looking for somewhere truly special to live which is away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.”

The first collection of properties to be released includes a selection of three and four bedroom houses, with prices starting from £199,995.

Taylor Wimpey is expecting the launch weekend of the 29th & 30th September to be a busy one and therefore is encouraging interested parties to come down early to see what is available.

Yealmpton sits on the banks of the River Yealm and is home to a population of just under 2,000 people. There is a local convenience store, farm shop and reputable primary school within the village, whilst the bright lights of Plymouth are just an eight mile drive away.
