Nprime opens new site thanks to Santander funding

18th September 2012 Print

Sheffield-based data and instrumentation specialist Nprime is expanding its business with the purchase of new premises, backed by a new funding package from Santander Corporate Banking.

Nprime, which was established in 2005 by director Ciaran O'Shea, is a highly-specialised supplier of data acquisition and telemetry solutions to the engineering industry and counts Caterpillar, Jaguar Land Rover, BAe Systems and London Underground among its clients.

The new site, which neighbours its current office in Kelham Island, will enable the company to undertake some of its smaller testing jobs onsite as well as providing a base for the company's specialised staff training programme.

Ciaran O'Shea, Director of Nprime, said: "We are excited about taking on the new site, which will allow us to provide an improved service to our clients and help us develop our training programme. We have a long-standing relationship with Santander and they have always been supportive of our business, demonstrating a real understanding of our business and sector."

Linda Greenwood, Relationship Director for Santander Corporate Banking, said: "Nprime is an excellently run company in a highly specialised industry and we are delighted to have been able to support them as they look to develop their business further.  We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with Ciaran and the team."
