Seaview House, a sumptuous Cornish coastal escape perched above Newquay Harbour with dramatic, uninterrupted and far reaching panoramic views, has become the latest luxurious seascape property to join the Blue Chip Holidays portfolio of high end self catering holiday homes.  

Perfectly situated just a short walk from the world famous Fistral Beach, Newquay's harbour and the town centre, Seaview House has one of the most dramatic coastal vistas on the North Coast of Cornwall, and can be booked for a week from under £15 per person based on six sharing. A week in November can currently be booked from £526, saving £123 in the Autumn and Winter sale. 

Guests receive a 15% discount on surfing, coasteering and bodyboarding  lessons with the Newquay Adventure Centre and have access to the Blue Chip Holidays 'Adventure Butler' service, which provides 90 separate activities to choose from in Cornwall, ranging from surfing and wild food foraging to cliff-top yoga, art courses, riding experiences and vineyard trips.

About Sea View House

This light and airy property sleeps six in three bedrooms. Its reverse level design, complemented by large windows and a generous terraced balcony, pours natural light into the top floor living areas, making for a comfortable and relaxing space to relax during the day.

The main living area itself is furnished with a six seater leather sofa and a large light oak coffee table. Entertainment is provided by a 42" Panasonic TV with Freeview, Sky package, DVD player with DVDs, and Nintendo Wii games console with games.

The living room leads on to both the dining area with a table for six, and the well equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen comes with a full range of utensils and accessories including a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

Large doors open from the living area onto the balcony and terrace, where you can spend hours taking in views of the sweeping rugged cliffs, bays, beaches and inlets that scatter the coastline ahead. Beautifully furnished with a Rattan sofa, matching chairs and reclining chairs, this makes for a perfect spot to stop, relax and reflect.

The three cosy bedrooms are split between the ground and first floor and each possess far reaching sea and harbour views. The main bedroom on the first floor excels in this respect, bringing the seascape to life through its impressive wall end picture windows. Furnished with a six foot double bed, the room also comes with a fitted double wardrobe with shelving, two bedside cabinets, bedside down-lighters, a 24" TV, two easy chairs, a dressing table and full length mirror. Its en-suite comprises a shower cubicle, bath with shower mixer taps, wash basin, wc, heated towel rail, shaver point and a storage unit.

The master bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a king-size bed, double wardrobe with shelving, bedside cabinet, down-lighters and a 24" combi TV with Freeview. Its en-suite comprises a shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, a bedside cabinet, down-lighters, chest of drawers and a 24" combi TV with Freeview.

The main bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a bath with shower mixer taps, shower screen, wc, wash basin, mirror, shelving and heated towel rail.
