Taylor Wimpey’s haunted property in Buxted

Taylor Wimpey is preparing to welcome East Sussex property-seekers this Halloween to the brand new ‘haunted’ showhome at its Beechbrook Park development in Buxted.
Children who accompany their parents to Taylor Wimpey’s Beechbrook Park collection of new homes in Buxted on Saturday 3rd November will be in for a fright!
The leading housebuilder is transforming its show property in Buxted into a spooky haunted house for the day to mark Halloween.
Little ones brave enough to walk through the front door between 11am and 3pm will be able to take part in a hunt the spider game – with prizes on offer for those taking part – and listen to a storyteller’s tales of ghastly ghosts.
A face painter will be on hand to give visitors the most gruesome of makeovers, while refreshments will be available for those who dare to sample the brew.
Sarah Pasco, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Sussex, says: “We cannot wait to welcome youngsters to our haunted house, which certainly isn’t for the faint-hearted – but, if things get too much, there’s always a sofa to hide behind!
“While the children have a ghoulishly great time, parents who fear our brand new homes for sale in Buxted may be out of their reach will be able to speak to our friendly sales team about how they could secure their perfect property at Beechbrook Park.”
Beechbrook Park offers a wide choice of homes for purchasers in a variety of circumstances, including three-bedroom houses priced from only £300,000, four-bedroom properties from £430,000 and magnificent five-bedroom designs from £450,000. One and two-bedroom apartments are also available at the development from just £165,000 and £200,000 respectively.
To make securing one of these high-quality homes even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful incentives, including NewBuy, which enables credit-worthy buyers to secure their new home with a 95% mortgage. Part Exchange, meanwhile, sees the leading housebuilder act as the guaranteed cash buyer for the purchaser’s existing property. Full details of homebuyer incentives are available from the Sales Executive.
