Millwood Designer Homes is offering the ultimate Christmas present at its development in Blackheath. If you purchase one of the two remaining five-bed homes on Camborne Row, they will pay the stamp duty.

Says Millwood’s Sales Director Philip Brown: “Christmas can be a very expensive time of year, so we thought it would be nice to give one lucky purchaser a gift from us. Offering to pay the stamp duty seemed like the perfect present. As this is for a limited period only, make sure to act fast if you want to benefit from this generous offer. With stamp duty at 5%, you will be saving a massive £94,750 on No2. Camborne Row. How you spend it is up to you!”

Just 15 minutes by train from London Bridge, Blackheath is close to the City but with its relaxed village feel and the famous heath, plus plenty more parks and open spaces, you couldn’t feel further away if you tried.

What’s more, the development is a short walk from both the heath and the village and both homes benefit from large gardens for the area – approximately 130ft long.

Inside, the stylish kitchen on the lower ground floor features bespoke cabinets, sleek granite worktops, high-end fitted appliances and a central workstation. Open-plan, it offers a breakfast area and garden room, both with large bifold doors onto the landscaped rear garden. For added convenience, there is also a separate utility room, cloakroom, cellar and integral garage.

On the ground floor there is a spacious drawing room with a beautiful stone fireplace and Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden, and the dining room comes with a butler’s pantry which houses a wine cooler, dumb waiter and plenty of storage space – perfect for dinner parties!

Five bedrooms – two of which are en suite – a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom complete the top two floors. In addition to a large en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom also features a separate dressing room.

The five-bed houses are priced from £1.895 million. The show home is open Friday to Sunday inclusive between 11am and 5pm, except on Thursdays when it is open from midday until 7pm. For further information, visit millwooddesignerhomes.co.uk.
