Local housebuilder Morris Homes is bringing its award-winning properties to househunters in Tipton with the construction of its new Crompton Place development.

The site on Lower Church Lane will be home to 49 three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached properties, including a mix of Morris’ popular Bramhall and Appleton house types.

Homes at the site, which is a five minute drive from the popular Black Country Living Museum, will be available to buyers in the New Year.

Conveniently located within a 10-minute drive of Dudley and West Bromwich town centres, the development also offers buyers an easy commute into nearby Birmingham.

The new build properties are close to a good selection of local schools and with a variety of amenities within walking distance at Tipton shopping centre, Crompton Place is ideally suited for househunters with young families.

Cindy Vials, regional sales advisor at Morris, said: “Crompton Place is nestled in the heart of the Black Country, and the property mix offers buyers looking to upgrade in the region a quality new build home that doesn’t require the same renovations as a second hand property.

“The great choice of schools, shops and local transport links near the development is attractive to househunters, and we have already received enquiries from families looking to secure a home at Crompton Place.”

The properties at the development will be available to buyers using the Government-led NewBuy scheme, which enables househunters to apply for a 95 per cent mortgage, or with Morris’ Part Exchange scheme. This initiative sees the housebuilder purchase a buyer’s current home for 100 per cent of its market value, speeding up the moving process.
