As part of the company’s Hambrook development, Lion Park off Broad Road, Taylor Wimpey has now contributed over £500,000 towards improvements to amenities in the local areas. In addition, there will be enhancements made to local community facilities and amenities in Chidham and Hambrook.

Fiona Creed, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, states: “At Taylor Wimpey we have a strong sense of commitment to the areas where we build. This is why we are so keen to offer financial contributions to help enhance and improve certain facilities which will benefit our residents and the wider community in Hambrook.”

Lion Park currently comprises a fine selection of two and four bedroom homes, with prices starting from just £190,000 for the sought-after Lapwing coach house design.

The development is just a ten minute drive from the historic town of Chichester, and is ideally located close to major road networks, including the M27.
