Savour the taste of Christmas with Tio Pepe

To make Elly's Festive Pork Puff Parcels, use ready-made puff pastry and fill individual circles with sausage meat and spiced apple chutney. Glaze with egg and dip into a mix of seeds, smoked salt, dried onions and garlic powder. Bake at 200°C or Gas Mark 6 for 25mins until golden and puffed up.
