Homebuyers looking to settle close to the beautiful West Sussex coast now have an extra reason to visit one of the area’s most popular developments.

Barratt is launching two new showhomes at Meadows Keep in Felpham. The development offers an exciting selection of two, three and four bedroom homes. And the Barwick and Tiverton designs are set to create a great deal of interest among buyers wishing to put down roots in the area.

“We are expecting these beautifully-designed showhomes to be centre of attention here at Meadows Keep,” said Barratt sales director, Sarah Eales.

“From first time buyers and young professionals to growing families and retired couples, the two bedroom Tiverton and three bedroom Barwick are perfect for a range of lifestyles.”

The Tiverton is a stylish design, featuring a spacious open plan lounge and dining room with french doors opening onto the rear garden.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with an en suite to the master. And there is an attractive colour-coordinated family bathroom.

For buyers seeking even more space to grow into, the three bedroom Barwick offers a well-proportioned lounge dining room that is the perfect setting for socialising with family and friends.

The first floor features three good sized bedrooms with an en suite to the master. And there is a family-sized bathroom.

“Our designers have worked very hard to come up with homes that provide a delightful yet practical space in which to live,” added Sarah. “These, combined with such a wonderful setting means we are expecting a busy time ahead at Meadows Keep.”

The development is set in within the village of Felpham in the West Sussex countryside and offers an outstanding choice of schools and other local amenities. There are also excellent transport links to local towns and cities – with easy access to the nearby A259.

Once home to the writer and poet William Blake, Felpham’s countryside setting evidently inspired his famous words: ‘England’s green and pleasant land’. Making it highly sought-after by those scouring the area for an idyllic place in which to live.
