Award-winning Bloom London Dry Gin has partnered with London’s Primrose Bakery to create the Bloom Gin & Tonic Strawberry Cupcake exclusively for Valentine’s Day. The cupcake will be available at Primrose Bakery stores from 1 February 2013.
Primrose Bakery Head Chef Lisa Chan and Bloom Master Distiller, Joanne Moore, have combined their expertise in blending the finest ingredients to create a cupcake that represents the perfect Bloom serve, a Gin & Tonic with Strawberries.

The Key Ingredients: The Bloom Gin & Tonic Strawberry Cupcake showcases the 3 unique botanicals of Bloom London Dry Gin: honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile. These natural botanicals have a distinctive floral aroma and are inspired by England’s renowned country gardens.
The Sponge: Each cupcake is hand-soaked 3 times in a secret recipe of Bloom London Dry Gin, tonic and extract of the 3 botanicals. The light and airy cupcake sponge includes mouthfuls of freshly cut strawberries.
The Icing: The cupcake is topped with a soft pink buttercream icing infused with Bloom Gin, tonic and extract of the 3 botanicals, the same secret recipe used to create the sponge. It is then decorated with an edible chamomile flower.
