The Caesar

Ingredients
40ml Antica Sambuca Raspberry
2 slices Fresh ginger
5cm Lemongrass
Dash Lemon juice
2 Raspberries
120ml Lemonade

Method
1. Muddle the ginger, lemongrass and lemon juice
2. Add Antica Sambuca Raspberry, raspberries and ice
3. Shake well and strain into a highball glass over ice
4. Top up with lemonade and garnish with orange peel and lemongrass
