From £6.95 a day: The Mercedes-Benz Citan
The new Citan compact van marks the entry of Mercedes-Benz into the small van market. Packed with clever features, an efficient diesel engine in three power outputs and a choice of three wheelbases, it’s backed up by competitive finance packages allowing customers to run a Citan for as little as £6.95 per day. Or, if you prefer, the equivalent of two bacon rolls.
This, in a van capable of carrying loads of up to 735 kg and a volume of up to 3.8 m3, that sets new benchmarks in efficiency in its class and features the high standards of quality and customer care expected of a Mercedes-Benz.
Available to order now, prices for the Citan start from as little as £13,095 for the 108 CDI Compact. Alternatively, the 109 CDI Compact Trade Edition can be purchased for £6.95 per day, or £48.75 per week, equating to 35-monthly payments of £195 following a one-off payment deposit of £585 based on a fixed-term Agility finance offer. Purchased outright, the 109 CDI Compact Trade Edition can be ordered for £13,645. The monthly payment-led finance is based on a Mercedes-Benz Agility Contract Purchase package.
Contract Hire customers also benefit from highly-competive rates - the Citan 109 CDI Compact “Trade Edition” is available with a one-off deposit of £630, followed by 35 monthly payments of £210.

The new Citan: Efficient, versatile and strong value
The Citan BlueEFFICIENCY sets new benchmarks in efficiency – achieving up to 65.7 mpg and CO2 emissions as low as 112 g/km. No other urban delivery van with a combustion engine consumes less fuel or produces fewer emissions.
The Citan is available in three lengths, Compact, Long and Extra Long with load volumes of up to 2.4 m3, 3.1 m3 and 3.8 m3 respectively.
The 109 CDI Extra Long Panel Van, featuring the more powerful 90 hp engine, can be purchased using the Agility finance package for £900 deposit and 35 payments of £300 per month This breaks down to £75 per week, or £10.71 per day.
The Citan 108 CDI Compact, on a fixed term Agility Contract, is available for a deposit of £720 and 35 monthly payments of £240. This monthly payment equates to a business-friendly £60 per week or £8.57 per day – equating to a little over £1 an hour during the average working day. The 108 CDI Compact is available with a recommended retail price of £13,095. Alternatively the 108 CDI Compact can be financed through Contract Hire at £210 per month.
Offered in Dualiner and Traveliner variant, both equipped with a second row of seats capable of carrying five people, the Citan will deliver a flexible vehicle platform.
With a number of option packages available the new Citan can be fine tuned to the individual customer’s requirements.
Drivers Pack - available on Citan Panel Van, Dualiner and Traveliner models, includes: electric folding mirrors, centre armrest with stowage compartment, air conditioning and rear reversing aid. The Drivers Pack can be financed through either Agility Contract or Contract Hire at £26 per month, or outright purchased of £1,222.
Safety Pack - available on all Citan Panel Vans, includes: Driver and passenger thorax bag, passenger airbag and fog lamps. When added to the vehicle specification and financed through either Agility Contract or Contract Hire, the safety package can be added at £15 per month, or outright purchased of £517.
Appearance Pack - available on Panel Van, Dualiner and Traveliner models, includes: body coloured bumpers, mirrors and trim, 15” 7 spoke alloy wheels. The Appearance Pack can be added to the vehicle specification and financed through either Agility Contract or Contract Hire at £14 per month, or outright purchased of £686.
Cargo Pack - available on all Citan Panel van models, includes: Split cargo retention grill (replacing standard solid bulkhead) reinforced tyres and folding co-drivers seat. The Cargo Pack, when specified and financed through either Agility Contract or Contract Hire can be added to the vehicle for £13 per month, or outright purchased of £441.
Flexibility Pack - available on Citan Dualiner models, includes: stowage compartment in instrument panel, centre armrest with stowage, three person bench seat with folding retention grill. The Flexibility Pack can be added to the vehicles specification and outright purchased for £794.
