Enjoy the perfect round of Golf this weekend with Volkswagen

With the weather a little changeable this month, Volkswagen has the perfect alternative weekend activity for die-hard Golf fans.  Instead of battling the elements on the greens, Volkswagen Retailers are inviting Golf fans to visit their showrooms and find out all about the latest generation of the evergreen hatchback, take a test drive in the new car and benefit from some compelling launch offers.
 
The new Golf officially went on sale on Monday 7 January, and over the course of the coming weekend, Friday 11 to Sunday 13 January, Retailers across the country will be holding a number of special launch and test drive events.
 
Prices for the Golf start at £16,285 (RRP OTR) and value comes as standard across the range.  All models benefit from, not only all the quality, practicality and style that you’d expect from a Golf, but also, among a host of other features, seven airbags, ESP plus XDS (previously the reserve of GTI and GTD models), an Automatic Post-Collision Braking System, 5.8-inch colour touchscreen infotainment system and Bluetooth.
 
Volkswagen Financial Services is offering retail customers a number of deals on its PCP Solutions package, for example, a Golf S 1.2-litre TSI 105 PS three-door for £189 per month over three years and 30,000 miles (please see volkswagen.co.uk for full Ts&Cs).  Customers who order a Golf on Solutions any time before the end of the Test Drive Weekend will receive free servicing for three years or 30,000 miles (whichever comes soonest).  After the weekend and until the end of March customers will be able to purchase a three-year fixed price service plan for £329.
