Sales success for Redrow in Tipton means there are now just four homes available at the popular Heritage Gardens development.
After a flurry of sales in recent weeks at Heritage Gardens buyers are being advised to act now to snap up one of the final properties. There’s also plenty of motivation to do so, thanks to customers being able to take advantage of 95% mortgages or part exchange.
