The decking and balcony at the back offer fantastic uninterrupted views over rolling pastureland, making them picture-perfect spots for both sunbathing and dining. The ground floor contains an open plan kitchen and dining area which is fully-equipped with all the necessary amenities, a lounge area with feature fireplace, bathroom and two bedrooms. Little Petherick is a quaint hamlet only a short drive from the picturesque harbour of Padstow which is famous for its seafood restaurants, delightful shops and much-loved walking and cycle trail along the River Camel. There are footpaths from Little Petherick where walkers can access the Camel Trail via the enchanting creek; making it a paradise for walkers and nature lovers. The trail follows the route of an old railway line and is ideal for family cycling as it is fairly level the entire way.

Padstow and the surrounding areas were recently voted the 10th best beach destination in the UK by Trip Advisor travellers. There are numerous activities that visitors can relish when holidaying within this area, such as regular boat trips, surfing, Rick Steins Seafood School and even a spot of fishing if you fancy it?

Alternatively, if it's a beach holiday you are interested in the Seven Bays is a wonderful collection of glorious sandy beaches centred around the rural village of St Merryn, which is only three miles from Padstow. Each bay has its own unique characteristics from the half mile wide and stunning beach at Harlyn, to the sheltered sandy cove at Trevone- each has something exceptional to offer everyone.
